Our facility is spreaded in large area and the manufacturing processes are fully automated for temperature, humidity control, sanitization and eliminating risk of microbial contamination. The plant is located in Changodar, Ahmedabad which is the biggest industrial area for pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical in Gujarat, India. The location is well connected and has all the infrastructural facilities.

Facility consists of production and quality control with modern equipment along with strong research & development department, warehouse and Utility departments. Manufacturing operations are throughout monitored by Quality Assurance department with effective quality management systems. Competent technical team ensures the best quality of the product and adds an edge to the growth of the company.

Processing areas have been is elated from corridors by ideal air locks and pressure differentials. Similar kind of isolation and care exists for preventing contamination for packaging too. Appropriate number of deal sized stores and quarantines are built to receive quarantine and store a variety of materials and finished products.

It also helps us in customizing the products as per the taste and preferences of the clients.

Work Clothing and Prohibited Items

To prevent contamination by foreign substances, all employees are required to wear designated work clothes, caps, masks, and dedicated shoes in the production area.

In addition, unnecessary items are not allowed to be brought in, and only designated equipment is used.

Hygiene Control

Various measures are taken to ensure hygiene control in the factory, including regulations on work clothes and prohibited items, as well as procedures for entering the factory

Entry Procedure

For strict hygiene control, the following procedures are always followed when entering the production area.

Seperate male and female change room
Male candidates are required to access the production area through the male change room, while female candidates must use the female change room to enter the production area.

Change into dedicated work clothes in change room area

Controlled Access to Production Area
Every employee is issued an access card for entry into the production area. Only authorized personnel with valid access cards are permitted to enter the production area.

Manufacturing Process

Ingredient Sourcing:

The first step is to procure high-quality raw materials. These ingredients should be sourced from reputable suppliers with proper quality certifications.

Raw material testing:

Raw materials are tested as per specifications.

Product Manufacturing:

Products are manufacturing in controlled area.

In-process testing:

Throughout the manufacturing process, rigorous quality control measures are implemented.

Packaging:

Once the products are manufactured and quality-checked, they are packaged into their final containers, such as cans, box or sachets.

Labeling and Batch Coding:

Each batch of supplements is labeled with essential information, including the product name, ingredients, dosage instructions, expiration date, and batch number. Batch coding allows for traceability and quality assurance.

Finished Product Testing:

All products are tested as per regulatory requirements.

Storage and Distribution:

Finished products are stored in controlled environments to maintain their stability and efficacy. They are then distributed to clients, wholesalers, retailers, or directly to consumers through various channels.

About Various Testing

Sensory Testing

We sample products at a specified frequency and compare them with standard products to check for abnormalities in powder color, taste after dissolution, aroma, flavor, etc. using human senses (sight, taste, and smell).

In-process Testing

We conduct periodic sampling during batch manufacturing to avoid any failure in final product.

Microbiological Testing

We conduct periodic sampling tests for microorganisms such as total plate counts, coliforms, and Salmonella.

Chemical Testing

We conduct periodic sampling tests for various chemical parameter such as protein, fats, carbohydrates, acid insoluble ash, solubility index etc.
